What makes our process different?
We sprout or pre-soak selected grains, millets and legumes as part of our traditional preparation process.
Even the rice and dal used in our mixes are washed, pre-soaked for a few hours, dried and roasted before processing.
This preparation is designed to make the ingredients convenient to use and suitable for everyday food preparation, while also helping us manage naturally occurring anti-nutritional factors through processing.
