Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:
Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
For replacements or store credits, processing begins immediately after approval.
Shipping Fees: If the issue is due to our error, delivery fees will also be refunded.
Exclusions
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for the following:
Orders reported beyond 48 hours of delivery.
